I don’t make fancy dinners. In fact, we order in more than we probably should. But tonight I was just in the mood for some noodles. Seems simple enough. We have pasta. It’s sitting right on the counter.
Minor problem. No pot. They’re all packed in boxes taped shut.
So I improvised.
Pasta plus random cheese in our fridge drawer = highly mediocre mac & cheese.
It was edible but barely. Next time I’ll just go for buttered noodles.
