love the turquoise and yellow pillows!! is the quilt clean white or cream i can’t tell? Either way I think true white is the way to go. gives nice contrast to the subtle neutrals already in your room.

love those pillows though. and they work SO well with the painting!

I love the Kaffe fabric for the pillows! If you are looking for quilt fabric for pillows, Hancock’s of Paducah has a great selection

and they have a pretty good home decor fabric section too.

I was in your same position a few years ago, but with choosing curtain fabric. It’s so hard to find just the right fabric…there’s so many options out there!!

    Good luck! 🙂

Hey, I like this – the natural coverlet and the yello/teal fabrics…you could easily swap out other pillows to switch up the look too. I’d get the shams too!

I love the yellow and teal fabric, they would totally bring out the colors from your fav. painting. It’s so smart of you to do your bedroom first. We moved into our house 4 years ago and our bedroom is the only room in the house that is left to do. We’ve already painted in there but all else is moving along slowly. I’m inspired to move forward by reading your blog.

There’s something about the combination of those fabrics that are deliciously eclectic. 🙂

we just bought that duvet cover in slate! the west elm store here is closing & we got bought the duvet cover & 3 euro shams for 40%. i love that it is organic. in person the slate has a “garment wash” look to it, so not perfect & a little worn in.
it has a nice heavy feel to it. we filled it with a $25 down-alt comforter from target. good luck in finding the perfect combo for your bedroom! i’m sure it will be lovely.

i totally love the “Bettina” from pottery barn. not only does it match your painting beautifully, but the pattern definitely rocks. and i would love coming home to that bedroom…
