You may have noticed our bed looking a little naked when we showed you our shagalicious new rug.

This weekend, that changed.

While visiting my parents this weekend, I spent some time with a dear friend ~ Juki.

We haven’t spent this much time together since my mom & I made bridesmaids dresses for our wedding. It was awesome! I’ve missed sewing and jumping in with an easy project was nice. By the end of the weekend, I finished our custom bedskirt and am thrilled with how it turned out!

See?! No more naked box spring. WOOT!
